We sell DIY (Do-It-Yourself) robotics and electronic components that require assembly, programming, soldering, and electrical connections. Customers who purchase these products are responsible for their proper application, assembly, and any technical issues that may arise.

Assembly, programming, and electrical connection are critical steps requiring technical knowledge. Any damage caused by incorrect assembly, programming, or wiring errors may render the product non-functional. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the product description and technical specifications before placing your order to ensure that the product is suitable for your intended use.

When connecting your devices, please exercise extreme caution. A simple mistake in electrical connections or reverse polarity (connecting power supplies backwards) can instantaneously damage or permanently burn sensitive components, microcontrollers, and sensors.

Before making any connections, ensure that the device is turned off and unplugged from any power source. Double-check that wires are connected to the correct terminals and that the voltage and polarity match product ratings. Always use appropriate tools and avoid using damaged or worn-out components.

If you experience technical issues such as programming problems, software bugs, driver configuration, or library compatibility, we ask that you resolve them on your own. Free custom coding, circuit design, or technical troubleshooting is not included in the product purchase price.

Dedicated technical support or testing services may be arranged upon request and must be scheduled and paid for separately.

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, feature, or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, phone number, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

To ensure timely order processing and component availability for all robotics creators, we maintain a maximum holding time of one (1) day for unpaid orders. You must confirm payment within this 24-hour timeframe.

Failure to confirm payment within one day may result in your order being automatically cancelled, and the reserved stock being returned to our public catalog for other customers.

To facilitate delivery, we share your necessary personal details—specifically your full name, shipping address, and contact phone number—with our third-party courier partners (Pathao Courier for Dhaka City and Sundarban Courier Service for areas outside Dhaka).

This information is strictly utilized for routing, contacting you upon arrival, and successfully completing the delivery of your package. It will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

After placing an order, we will send order confirmation and dispatch updates via email and mobile SMS.

Once your order has been completed and delivered, we will send two follow-up emails and two mobile messages inviting you to submit a product review. Your feedback is valuable to our team and helps fellow students, makers, and engineers make informed purchasing decisions.

You may not use our platform, reviews, or services to display or distribute any inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate and report unlawful activities to the relevant legal authorities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bdrobotic and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website or products, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any equipment damage resulting from improper hardware handling, wiring mistakes, or electrical misuse.
